Content on this site is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy content for commercial use without permission.
Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Contractor licensing
Work is performed under TN Home Improvement Contractor #00-55210 (sample). Permits for structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work are filed by us with Metro Nashville Codes or with Williamson County as applicable. We do not ask homeowners to pull owner permits for our work.
Estimates, allowances and change orders
Budget ranges, sample pricing, lead times and monthly payment figures shown on this website are illustrative and are not offers. A binding price is issued only in a signed line-item scope document following a measured survey. Allowances are stated in writing, and any change to the scope is priced and signed before the work proceeds.
Workmanship warranty
Our cabinetry, shop-applied finish, stone fabrication and installation labor carry a five year workmanship warranty from substantial completion. Appliances and plumbing fixtures carry the manufacturer warranty. Natural characteristics of timber and stone, including seasonal movement, patina and etching, are not defects. Sample terms; the exact coverage is stated in your agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN.
